Part Time: 34.25 hrs per week

Hourly Rate: £7.83 per hour 


Shift Pattern:

Monday: 9 – 5pm

Tuesday; 12.45 – 4pm

Wednesday: 9 – 4pm

Thursday: 9 – 5pm

Friday: 9 – 5pm


  • Are you an individual who can work on their own or in a team?
  • Do you have experience of working with young adults with learning disabilities, autism and additional needs?
  • Do you have experience of supporting individuals with complex needs and challenging behaviour?
  • Do you have a clean driving license? (no drink/driving).(Driver preferred 21+)
  • Are you prepared to go the extra mile?
  • Do you want to enhance your skills by undertaking additional courses/training?

  • You will need to be able to complete an enhanced DBS check.

This will include communication, personal care and delivery of sessions as agreed with the Manager. Support with teaching independent living skills along with assisting in activities will be a major part of the role. There will be the expectation to complete paperwork and attend training/meetings which maybe outside of your contracted hours.
